"This Isn't Working" - Doubtfull

Doubtfull's YouTube bio says "'90s pop/rock in the 2020s" — and I think the pop is just as important as the rock here. The harmonies on the chorus specifically remind me of THE WALLFLOWERS, or even a little bit of COUNTING CROWS. The kind of music that you'd hear in a cafe that serves bran muffins and rooibos tea, where the walls are papered with fliers of people looking for others to play in their pop/rock bands. A cozy but sad song. Doubtfull's debut EP is coming this summer.
